Solar Eclipse Population Density Experiment

A quick map just for the fun of it. For the April 8th 2024 Total Solar Eclipse, I wanted to find out what the population density would be in the path of totality if everyone from the respective North American country visited the path during the event. It's actually not too crowded. In the US, the population density would only be 1569 people per square mile, a density very similar to Kansas City, Missouri.

I added three cities and their current population density as a comparison.

For those viewing the eclipse, enjoy!
